9:00am | Grape picking with our experienced picking team
10:00am | One-on-one with the winemaker followed by a grape stomp

3:30pm | Sommelier class with a level III instructor, to explore the essence of all things wine
6:00pm | Open-air piano concert followed by a winemaker dinner with Steve & Alice Cass on the vineyard veranda; a wine dinner you won't soon forget

10:00am | Classroom sessions: Learn all about the ins & outs of viticulture & home-winemaking! From growing to blending to bottling, we'll walk you through the steps of winemaking & supply you with the tools to try your hand at making wine from home!
