ABOUT
GROVES ON 41
The Groves on 41 was born in 2010 to a mother and daughter duo, Karen and Jennifer, as a way to learn more about this specialty crop, and share it with their fellow foodies and friends. With the first trees planted in 2011, Groves on 41 holds olive oil tastings, special events, olive oil making classes, and even accommodations to stay amongst the trees.

ABOUT
KILER RIDGE
Audrey Burnam and Gregg Bone relocated from Los Angeles to Paso Robles in 2004 after being inspired to start an olive grove while on vacation is Tuscany. They planted their first Tuscan olive trees a year later, and in 2010 began producing and selling estate grown, certified extra virgin olive oil. Those who visit the farm can learn about olive oil, including educational tasting experiences, orchard and production tours, and a tasting menu of seasonal small-plate olive-oil paired dishes.

A Modern Winery Retreat
The GENESEO INN is a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the rolling hills of Paso Robles wine country. Built of industrial shipping crates perched above the vines on CASS Winery's 145 acres of vineyard, the experience truly allows you to “breathe in the vineyard views.”
Modern appointments, architectural detailing, and an inclusive Estate Breakfast prepared by the executive chef makes for an unparalleled vineyard retreat. With Chef Gardens situated around the perimeter of the GENESEO INN, this becomes the quintessential food + wine experience.
