10:00am | Shuttle to The Groves on 41, where you will tour the olive orchard, learn how olives are farmed, and taste through an array of the top 1% of the world's olive oil!
12:30pm | Hands-on multi coursed cooking class featuring the main attraction olive oil, followed by lunch on the veranda
2:30pm | Create your own olive oil & sea salt scrub
3:30pm | Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with CASS bubbles & your olive oil scrub creation in your private room

THE GROVES ON 41
Located in the rolling hills of California’s Central Coast, The Groves
on 41 produces award winning olive oils & is home to the Barn on 41 private event center and vacation cottage. The Groves on 41 was born in 2010 to a mother and daughter duo, Karen and Jennifer, as a way to learn more about this specialty crop, and share it with their fellow foodies and friends. With the first trees planted in 2011, Groves on 41 holds olive oil tastings, special events, olive oil making classes, and even accommodations to stay amongst the trees. They can't wait to get their hands dirty with you!
